Accessibility Statement

Effective / last updated: July 14, 2026· Connectivo, Inc.

Accessibility is our mission, not an afterthought — our purpose is to expand human access to digital content. We hold the Connectivo Accessibility Platform and this website to the same standards we help our customers meet.

Our commitment

Connectivo is committed to ensuring that people with disabilities have full and equal access to our products and information. We treat accessibility defects with the same priority as security defects, and our team maintains current skills in accessibility standards and assistive technology.

Conformance standard

Our target conformance standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We also align with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the Revised Section 508 standards, and the requirements of ADA Title II (with its April 26, 2027 compliance milestone for many public entities). We will contractually commit to meeting WCAG 2.1 AA for the Platform as part of a customer agreement.

Conformance status

WCAG defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. The Connectivo administrative interface substantially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, meaning it meets the standard with a small number of known exceptions that we are actively addressing (listed under Known limitations). A detailed, criterion-by-criterion conformance report is available on request.

How we build accessibility in

  • Accessibility in our development lifecycle: design-phase review, automated checks in our CI/CD pipeline, and documented processes that embed accessibility from the start.
  • Layered testing:automated analysis (our Visual AI and the IBM® Accessibility Checker) combined with manual testing using screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.
  • Assistive-technology testing across common tools (see Compatibility).
  • Independent audits: third-party accessibility audits of the Platform are conducted on a recurring (at least annual) basis.
  • Keyboard operability: all functions of the administrative interface can be operated using a keyboard alone, with a logical focus order, visible focus indicators, and skip links.
  • No accessibility “overlays”: our own interface is natively accessible; it does not rely on a special accessibility mode, a lite version, or an overlay for its own accessibility.

Compatibility with assistive technology

The Platform is designed and tested to be compatible with current versions of:

  • Screen readers: NVDA and JAWS (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), and TalkBack (Android);
  • Keyboard-only navigation and switch access;
  • Browser and operating-system zoom and text resizing up to 200% without loss of content or function;
  • High-contrast and reduced-motion preferences.

We test on current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Accessibility depends in part on the technologies listed below; compatibility may vary with older assistive technology.

Technical specifications

Accessibility of the Platform relies on the following technologies: HTML, WAI-ARIA, and CSS. These are relied upon for conformance with the standards above.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. Where we identify them, we document them and prioritize their remediation:

  • Certain complex, data-dense visualizations may provide summarized text alternatives that continue to be refined for parity with the visual presentation.
  • A small number of newer interface components are still progressing from “partially supports” to “supports” for specific success criteria; we track these internally and prioritize them for remediation.

If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us — see below.

Feedback & how to report a barrier

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Connectivo. If you encounter a barrier, or need information in an alternative format, please contact us:

Please include the page or feature, the assistive technology and browser you were using, and a description of the problem. We aim to acknowledge reports within 1 business day and to resolve high-impact issues within 30 days, keeping you informed of progress.

Formal complaints & escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate by replying to your case with “Formal accessibility complaint” in the subject line; complaints are reviewed by our accessibility lead and tracked to resolution. Institutional customers may also use the escalation contacts defined in their service agreement.

This statement was prepared using the self-evaluation and testing described above and is reviewed at least annually. Accessibility contact: Office of the Chief Technology Officer.
