To exercise any of the rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request by contacting us at info@connectivo.ai. We will verify your identity before processing your request and respond within 45 days, as required by law. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

5.7 Categories of Personal Information Collected

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information as defined by the CCPA:

  • Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, IP address, account name.
  • California Customer Records (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e)): Name, phone number, company name, job title.
  • Commercial Information: Records of services purchased or considered, subscription history.

  • Email Opt-Out:You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email. You will still receive transactional emails related to your account.

7. Data Retention

  • Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for up to 30 days after account deletion to allow for data retrieval requests.
  • Transaction Records: Retained for up to 7 years as required for tax and accounting purposes.

  • Marketing Data: Retained until you opt out or request deletion.
